HOW TO ORDER

1. Select a product style, colour, and required specifications (eg size, quantity, material etc).

2. Provide us with your artwork

All artwork must be provided in camera ready format such as Photoshop or PNG format.  Please give an accurate description of how you want your artwork to appear on the chosen product including size, position and colour.  Any changes to the initial artwork will incur a $25 artwork charge.

We can also use artwork from PDF or JPG files, but these must be high-resolution of at least 180dpi - 300dpi is ideal.

Your print design can be in any PMS colour of your choice.  Please specify your choice with your artwork.

3. Provide a 40% deposit

We require a 40% non-refundable deposit before we can proceed with an order.  Electronic Funds Transfer is the quickest and most efficient method of payment and we accept all credit cards including American Express. Direct credit transfers can be made to our bank account Busy Bodies, Te Kuiti – 01 0447 0027322 02.  We also accept cheques, but their long clearance time will delay your order.

4. Approve your PDF proof

According to your instructions, we place your artwork onto a PDF template of your chosen product and send it to you via email. We need your approval via return email before we can proceed with the manufacture of your order.  Please check your PDF proof carefully as NO changes can be made after approval is given. 

5. Delivery

Delivery of goods is invoiced at cost. Delivery costs vary according to quantity, style, and your proximity to a city.  We can estimate delivery costs if you provide us with the details. You can arrange for your own pick-up if you prefer, but please inform us well before final delivery.

Your order should arrive between six to twelve weeks from approval of the sample. Lead times can vary and are dependant on delivery location, logistics and the time of year. 

We do all we can to make delivery deadlines, but do not accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control. Weather, logistics and customs can add a 1-3  weeks to a delivery time.

Delivery times vary. So ask us for honest advice as to whether a time-frame is realistic.
 

Having your artwork available, promptly approving all proofs and paying your deposit promptly speeds up the order considerably.
